Your Classification

Position Type: Full-Time/Hourly (Non-Exempt)

A Day in the Life

  • Begin your shift with equipment checks on assigned molding machines, robots, and auxiliary assemblies to ensure everything is safe and production-ready.
  • Run multiple machines at once, balancing priorities while maintaining quality, tempo, and cleanliness.
  • Verify part dimensions using gauges and measuring tools to confirm product specifications are met.
  • Perform basic to intermediate troubleshooting—clear minor jams, make approved adjustments, and keep processes on target.
  • Accurately complete production and quality records, including counts, lot information, and inspection results.
  • Follow Environmental, Health & Safety and Quality procedures every step of the way.

Shifts and Schedule

  • 2nd Shift: 2:55 PM – 11 PM
  • 3rd Shift: 10:55 PM – 7 AM

Pay is competitive and will be discussed during screening and interview.

What You Bring

  • High School Diploma preferred.
  • Generally 3+ years of machine operation experience in a production setting.
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions and verbal direction.
  • Comfort documenting production and quality data with accuracy.
  • Solid mechanical aptitude, basic math, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.

Physical Demands

  • Lift and push/pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
  • Stand for long periods with frequent bending and stooping.
  • Manual dexterity to handle small components.
