Job Summary
Farmers Insurance is seeking an Agency Leadership Trainee for a hybrid role
focused on both sales production and long-term agency development. Producing/selling will help candidates learn how to generate
business and build relationships. At the same time, this role is designed for
people who want to move beyond production and understand the broader business
of running an agency, including service, retention, team support, and
operations.

Responsibilities
· Prospect and build a pipeline through referrals, networking, and outreach.
· Sell insurance products aligned to client needs and goals.
· Support existing clients through reviews and service conversations.
· Learn agency operations, standards, and performance expectations.
· Participate in coaching focused on both sales and leadership growth.
· Build strong habits around follow-up, activity, and client communication.
Requirements
· Willingness to become licensed as required.
· Proven communication and relationship-building ability.
· Background in sales, customer service, or leadership preferred.
· Self-motivated, organized, and performance-oriented.
· Interested in a path that starts with production and expands into agency leadership.
