Inbound Materials Receiving Coordinator
Location: Titusville, FL (relocating to Edgewater by autumn 2026)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
A Day in This Role
At 7:00 AM, you’re ready for the first truck at the dock. You greet the driver, compare the delivery to the purchase order, and start a careful inspection—counting parts, checking condition, and catching any discrepancies before they enter our facility. If something’s damaged or off-spec, you document it clearly and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to make it right.
Once verified, you unpack, label, and assign the correct product codes. You enter details into our inventory system with precision, then route materials to the exact warehouse locations where teams are waiting to put them to work. Throughout the day, you keep records current, file receiving documentation for inventory and accounting, and prepare simple reports on shortages or damages. You jump in on inventory counts, investigate variances, and help refine receiving and organization procedures.
