Pay Range: $21 – $24 per hour | Schedule: Full-Time

You Will

• Receive, issue, and track raw materials, WIP, and finished goods
• Own inventory records in ERP/inventory tools and Excel (data entry, tracking, reporting)
• Run cycle counts, complete physical inventories, and resolve variances
• Stage components to keep production moving on schedule
• Verify part numbers, quantities, lots, and certifications against quality requirements
• Follow and reinforce AS9100 and internal procedures
• Partner with purchasing, production, and shipping to sustain inventory accuracy
• Label and organize storage areas for end-to-end traceability
• Prepare reports and assist during internal/external audits

Must-Haves

• 3+ years in aerospace and/or manufacturing warehouse inventory
• 2+ years in an AS9100-regulated environment
• Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency
• Strong grasp of basic math, counting, and measurement units
• Experience with travelers, certifications, and documentation control
• High attention to detail and organization

Bonus Points

• Exposure to ERP or dedicated inventory management systems
• Familiarity with aerospace materials, traceability, and quality documentation
• Comfort thriving in a fast-paced manufacturing setting

Work Environment
