CDL A Regional Driver Trainee

365 Freight USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates and newly licensed drivers in the Atlanta, GA area for a paid 4–6 week mentor program that leads to solo regional driving. This program is intended for new drivers seeking hands-on road training, modern equipment, full benefits after training, and a clear path into regional routes. Candidates should be prepared to build safe driving habits and transition into a steady solo role based out of the Atlanta region.

• Paid 4–6 week mentor training with an experienced driver
• $1,600 to $1,800 per week after successful completion of training

Route details:

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs and paperwork
• Communicate professionally with mentors, dispatch, and customers

Qualifications:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Graduate of an accredited CDL school
• Clean motor vehicle record
• Able to meet DOT physical requirements and complete required pre-employment screenings
• Safety-first mindset, reliability, coachability, and professional communication
• No prior over-the-road experience required
