Narrow‑Web Flexographic Press Team Lead, Labels

  • Fishers, IN
  • 30 - 34 USD Hourly

Step into the Night: Lead Our Narrow‑Web Label Press Room

When the building settles and the hum of production takes center stage, you arrive ready to set the pace. You scan the job queue, check tooling and inks, and walk the line, coaching operators as you go. A registration tweak here, a viscosity adjustment there—quality rises and waste drops. By handoff, the presses are buttoned up, the next shift is briefed, and the schedule is on track. That’s a night in the life of our Narrow‑Web Flexographic Press Team Lead.
