Do you enjoy unraveling tricky electrical issues, poring over schematics, and turning a non‑working tool into a reliable performer? At Husqvarna Construction Products in Corona, CA, you'll own diagnostics and repair for medium to large floor grinders, dust collectors, power trowels, and light compaction equipment—electric, battery, and gas.
Your challenge
- Diagnose, evaluate, and repair professional construction equipment to manufacturer standards.
- Support Technical Services with accurate assessments, repair documentation, and field feedback.
- Process customer returns: intake, fault isolation, parts/work orders, testing, and sign-off.
- Rework or modify inventory units to current specs and quality criteria.
- Communicate clearly with customers, field sales, and Technical Services peers to drive timely solutions.
What it takes to succeed
- Preferred: 5+ years in assembly, service, and/or fabrication; advanced technical education/training is a plus.
- Strong electrical background paired with mechanical aptitude and keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency reading mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic blueprints/schematics.
- Problem-solver with sound judgment and a collaborative mindset.
- Basic PC literacy for research and service documentation.
- Physical readiness to grasp, power grip, pinch, twist/turn; lift and carry up to 75 lbs (including overhead); push; climb; and reach under/over/above shoulder height.
