We offer up to $34.00 per hour, a $2,000 sign-on bonus, and a 12-hour rotating schedule that supports work-life balance.

A day in the role

At the start of your 7am shift, you’ll review overnight notes, walk the line, and prioritize work orders. Before first break, you might swap a worn coupling, chase down a voltage drop with your multimeter, and fine-tune a pneumatic circuit for repeatability. After lunch, you could replace a hydraulic valve, restart a motor on a three-phase circuit, and update the team on a process improvement you piloted—all while following lockout/tagout and standard work for safety.

What you’ll work on

  • Repair, replace, or install power transmission components: gears, pulleys, sprockets, belts, bearings, drive shafts, and couplings.
  • Service pneumatic systems and components: air lines and cylinders, valves, solenoids, pipe, manifolds, and pneumatic circuits.
  • Maintain single- and three‑phase electrical systems: motors, switches, wiring, conduit, motor starters, fuses, light bulbs, encoders, and circuit breakers.
  • Troubleshoot and rebuild hydraulic equipment: cylinders, pumps, valves, solenoids, motors, hose, pipe, and manifolds.
  • Safely use a variety of maintenance tools and equipment.
  • Fluently read and use multimeters to identify the presence of voltage.
  • Troubleshoot wiring schematics and diagnose automation equipment.

Qualifications

  • Preferred: Minimum of 2 years experience in a Maintenance position.
  • Required: Background with manufacturing methods, process improvement programs, and procedures.
  • Electrical training/experience with 480V three‑phase and machine controls.
  • Experience with VFD drives and PLCs preferred.
  • Forklift experience helpful.
  • Ability to successfully multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to stay safe and to continue to learn and develop.
  • Satisfactorily completes training courses as determined by management.
