Elastomer Molding Technician

If you answered yes, you could excel as an Elastomer Molding Technician at our Port Washington, WI urethane facility.

What you’ll take on

• Set up, mix liquid resin, and pour into heated molds to produce quality parts
• Prepare molds, inserts, and hardware based on the production schedule
• Remove parts and/or inserts from molds at the correct time
• Inspect parts against visual specifications; make quality adjustments as needed
• Troubleshoot defects and keep the process running smoothly
• Clean and prepare mold surfaces to ready tools for the next cycle
• Operate equipment following written procedures and safety best practices

What helps you succeed

• Experience in molding or a closely related trade preferred; manufacturing experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and process adherence
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and perform general machine operation

Shift, pay, and schedule

• Second shift: Monday–Thursday, 2:30pm–12:30am
• Occasional Friday overtime
• $20.00/hour base pay + $1.00/hour second-shift premium
• Paid weekly
• 4-day work week
