What You’ll Do

- Assist in building, refining, and rolling out quality control procedures and work instructions.
- Collaborate with production to spot trends, reduce variation, and improve process capability.
- Contribute to root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain accurate inspection records, test results, and key quality metrics.
- Support training and refreshers on standards, tools, and quality best practices.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in quality or a related field is a plus.
- Experience in quality assurance or quality control preferred.
