You clock in, review the production schedule, and prepare your station. You set up machine parameters, verify materials, and run your first test piece. Throughout the shift, you monitor multiple machines, fine-tune settings to hit quality specs, and keep an eye out for anything unusual. When something isn’t running right, you dig in—troubleshooting, performing routine maintenance, and getting equipment back to peak performance. Between runs, you move materials by sit-down forklift, keep your area clean and organized, and log production data so the team stays aligned. Before the day ends, you collaborate with teammates on process improvements and hand off clear notes to the next shift.
