We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Travel Client Success Representative to join our remote team. In this role you will support clients throughout their travel planning journey by providing exceptional service, timely communication, and personalized assistance. This is a fully remote position with a preference for candidates located in or near Buffalo, NY; availability to work in the Eastern Time zone is required.
As a Travel Client Success Representative you will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from initial inquiry through post‑travel follow‑up.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online platforms to assist with travel inquiries.
- Coordinate travel arrangements including accommodations, transportation, and related services.
- Provide accurate information regarding destinations, travel options, and company or supplier policies.
- Maintain organized client records and documentation.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay up to date on travel trends, supplier updates, and industry guidelines.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
