Founder's Associate

We're looking for a sharp, high-agency generalist to work directly with the founding team. This is a broad role — you'll touch strategy, operations, fundraising support, partnerships, and whatever else needs doing. One week you might be building a financial model, the next you're running a hiring process or prepping investor materials. You should be comfortable with ambiguity, fast on your feet, and able to context-switch between analytical work and people-facing tasks. The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of experience in consulting, banking, or an early-stage startup, and wants to eventually start their own company. This is an apprenticeship-style role with high exposure to decision-making at the highest level.
