BigID Privacy Portal workflows: Describe your hands-on experience configuring the Access, Delete, and Correction workflows in the BigID Privacy Portal. Explain how you configured notifications at each stage of these workflows, set up the BigID Me Agent (MEA), and how MEA Roles map to Privacy Portal Permissions and Permission Groups. Please ground your answer in a specific project you personally delivered.

BigID Core & individual rights: Explain how you connected BigID Core to the Privacy Portal (ports/firewalls, Privacy Portal profile mapping to Core profile mapping) and how you used correlation sets in BigID Core for the individual-rights enrichment process, distinguishing Customer vs. Employee enrichment. Walk us through one DSAR you took end-to-end, including running individual-rights scans, configuring scan profiles used for individual-rights requests, and running DSAR data validations to confirm platform integrity after an upgrade or maintenance.

Data discovery & sensitive-data analysis: Walk us through how you configure data sources for scanning, define policies, and create scanning profiles, then perform end-to-end analysis of all tables in a database to identify sensitive information (PII/PHI/PCI). Describe how you analyze upstream/downstream dependencies to identify the presence of personal data and trace it back to its source system, and which specific tools and techniques you use.

External integrations: Describe your hands-on experience integrating the BigID solution and Privacy Portal with external applications such as Collibra, Experian, MyAccount, SAP, and Entra ID SSO. Choose one or two integrations you personally configured, and explain the setup, the DSAR or data-mapping use case it served, how you added the new system to Consumer/Employee profiles, and any issues you troubleshot.

Remediation & client stakeholder work: Describe how you have addressed remediation steps for audit findings, MAP items, and user access reviews within a BigID or data-governance program, including how you tracked findings through to closure. Explain how you worked directly with client stakeholders to translate business objectives into technical scanning and remediation requirements, and give an example of a decision or trade-off you drove.

Data mapping & privacy operations: Explain how you configure DSAR, data retention, and Privacy Report Templates, and how you compile the data map/findings after a scan. Describe how you update data maps with Friendly Names, Exclusions, and Masking for Customer vs. Employee profiles, and how you onboard a new data source into a Privacy Portal individual-rights profile. Also note any experience with additional BigID apps such as PIA and RoPA, and with Docker/Kubernetes, AWS, BigID version upgrades, and vulnerability handling.
