Job Summary

Are you seeking consistent miles, newer equipment, and reliable home time based out of Pittsburgh, PA? 365 Freight USA is expanding fleet operations across the Eastern U.S. corridor (east of I-35) and is hiring safety-focused Class A CDL professionals to operate regional lanes from our Pittsburgh terminal. We offer 100% paid practical miles, secure terminal parking in Pittsburgh, and comprehensive benefits to support drivers both on the road and at home.

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed Income: Top drivers average $1,770 per week (approximately $92,000 annually).
• Base Rate: $0.55 CPM for all miles, loaded and empty.
• Accessorial Pay: $20/hour detention pay (beginning after 2 hours), layover pay, and breakdown compensation.
• Sign-On Bonus: $1,500 (paid out over 3 months).
• Full Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance starting after 30 days of employment.
• Retirement: 401(k) plan with a 5% company match.

The Route & Equipment

• Predictable Schedule: Regional lanes operating east of I-35 with routes managed from Pittsburgh; home weekly with a guaranteed full 48-hour weekend reset.
• Premium Trucks: Assigned 2025–2026 Freightliner and Kenworth tractors; strict no slip-seating policy.
• Driver Comfort: All tractors equipped with APUs, 1500-watt inverters, and factory refrigerators.
• Freight Type: 100% no-touch freight with drop-and-hook operations.

• Secure terminal parking available at the Pittsburgh terminal.

Qualifications & Requirements

• License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).
• Record: Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and current DOT Medical Card.
• Experience — Experienced Route: Minimum of 3 months verifiable OTR or regional tractor-trailer experience.
• Experience — Trainees (Entry-Level Route): Recent CDL school graduates are welcome. Up to 6 weeks of paid on-the-job training with a dedicated mentor is provided, plus tuition reimbursement up to $6,000.
