Core responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments with precision.
• Pick, pack, and stage orders to meet delivery timelines.
• Maintain a neat, safe, and compliant work area.
• Assist with inventory control: counts, restocking, and organization.
• Operate pallet jacks in a safe and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with peers to achieve daily targets.
• Identify and escalate discrepancies to supervision without delay.

Minimum qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Prior warehouse background is beneficial.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for long periods.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational discipline.
• Competent with basic math for counts and verification.
• Works well independently and within a team.
• Flexible availability, including overtime as required.

Demonstrated proficiency in

• General warehouse operations and distribution workflows
• Loading/unloading vehicles
• Heavy material handling
• Packaging and order preparation
• High School / GED
