Utility Fleet Aerial Equipment Service Technician

At Custom Truck One Source (CTOS), your day starts in our 8-bay shop at 7:00 AM, turning wrenches on the equipment that keeps communities powered. In this Service Technician role, roughly 90% of your work centers on bucket trucks, digger derricks, and crane/boom trucks that support our rental fleet. You’ll diagnose, repair, and return specialized trucks to service so our customers can get critical work done.

What your day looks like

• Tackle diagnostics on diesel engines and medium/heavy-duty trucks
• Chase electrical gremlins with systematic troubleshooting
• Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs to keep assets mission-ready
• Work with hydraulic systems (experience preferred), from leaks to cylinders to valve bodies

• Skid steers, excavators, and similar iron

Vo-Tech graduates and techs with 1+ years of hands-on experience are encouraged to apply.

Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Overtime available.
