Pay and Schedule

• Pay: $22.72–$23.29 per hour
• Hours: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM, 2-2-3 rotation
• Overtime: As required

What You’ll Tackle

• Run production equipment at or above target metrics for waste, quality, efficiency, and utilization
• Troubleshoot and fine-tune machine components to correct issues
• Propose creative fixes that reduce downtime and stabilize output
• Coach junior operators and share safe work practices
• Complete accurate shift reports (crew time, machine time, quantity)
• Inspect product, recognize nonconforming conditions, and adjust to eliminate defects
• Uphold housekeeping, standard work, and all safety procedures
• Take on additional duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring

• 1+ year of experience in manufacturing/industrial settings operating production equipment
• Mechanical aptitude and strong analytical, problem-solving skills
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Track record of meeting or exceeding performance standards

Physical Demands & Environment

• Standing and walking continuously; frequent hand/arm use
• Occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching; stair climbing as needed
• Frequent bending at the waist/hips
• Lift/move: up to 10 lbs regularly, up to 15 lbs frequently, up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Reach frequently away from body; reach overhead at times
• Maintain pace with a conveyor-driven process
• Work in varying temperature conditions
• 12-hour rotating schedule
