Junior Commercial Driver's License Truck Driver

Earn experience and begin a professional driving career serving the Syracuse, NY area. We are recruiting CDL school graduates to join our expanding fleet operating in Central New York and the Eastern region. Our paid training program is designed for new drivers to learn from experienced mentors, build road confidence, and begin earning promptly.

Position overview

• Predictable regional routes serving Syracuse and surrounding areas
• Approximately 3,000 miles per week
• No-touch dry van freight
• Most loads are drop-and-hook
• Brand-new automatic trucks, fully loaded and assigned to each driver
• No slip seating
• 24/7 support from dispatch
• Home time options: home weekly or home every other week

Training program

Drivers who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL school instruction may qualify for the paid training program. Participants are paired with a mentor, focus on safety, and gain the experience required to advance with confidence.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 120 hours of CDL school instruction
• Satisfactory driving record
• Must meet DOT and hiring requirements
• Available to start as soon as possible
