Travel Client Success Representative – Remote

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from initial inquiry through post-travel follow-up
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online platforms to address travel inquiries and requests
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including accommodations, transportation, activities, and related services
• Provide accurate information about destinations, travel options, supplier policies, and industry guidelines
• Maintain organized client records and documentation in internal systems
• Follow up with clients to confirm satisfaction and resolve any concerns or issues
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent and seamless service delivery
• Keep current with travel trends, supplier updates, and regulatory or industry changes
• Uphold professionalism, confidentiality, and customer-focused standards at all times
