Pay: $17/hour with weekly pay

A day in the role

You clock in at 3:00 PM and head to your station in a clean, climate-controlled facility. After a quick huddle with your team, you’ll set up to load metal coils into plating machines, double-checking labels and quality specs. Through the shift, you’ll keep an eye on equipment, inspect finished parts, and use a basic computer system to print labels and record scrap. As you gain confidence, you’ll assist with machine setups. Before the night wraps at 11:00 PM, you’ll tidy your area and make sure everything’s ready for the next crew.

Schedule

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

What you’ll do

• Load and unload metal coils into plating machines
• Monitor equipment operations and inspect parts for quality
• Print labels and log scrap using a simple computer system
• Support machine setups after training
• Keep your work area clean and safe

What you bring

• No prior manufacturing experience required—training provided and paid
• Reliability, curiosity, and eagerness to learn
• Comfort moving on your feet for the full shift
• Basic math skills with strong attention to detail
• Openness to learning simple computer tasks

Physical demands

• Able to lift 30–50 lbs
• Stand and walk for long periods
• Bend, reach, and perform hands-on tasks
