Overview

Responsibilities
- Analyze sales forecasts and inventory levels to develop accurate demand plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align on supply chain strategies.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in S&OP.
- Facilitate monthly S&OP meetings to review forecasts and align on action plans.
- Utilize data analytics tools to support decision-making and enhance forecasting accuracy.
- Maintain and update documentation related to S&OP processes and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in S&OP, demand planning, or supply chain analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
