Location: Phoenix, AZ
We’re also building out our newly opened Atlanta site and seeking an Outbound Coordinator there as well.
Your mission
Be the planner at the heart of the DC. You’ll coordinate activities from inbound visibility through stocking to outbound shipment; compile records and reports; align merchandise ordering; and support the administration of shipping, receiving, processing, packaging, storage, and replenishment.
Key outcomes
- Pick tickets are printed, prioritized, and assigned early each day.
- Inbox is under control—emails are monitored and answered quickly.
- Assembly orders are scheduled, processed, and continuously monitored.
- Transfer orders are executed to enable geographic fulfillment via the DC.
- Past-due orders are identified, troubleshot, and escalated by priority.
- Group orders move smoothly through all steps.
- Late transfer/purchase orders receive proactive follow-up.
- Past-due statuses are reviewed and inventory is expedited when feasible.
- Operational metrics and reports are produced and shared regularly.
- Missed shipments are tracked with corrective actions initiated.
- All deadlines and timelines are consistently met.
- Policies, rules, and regulations are followed without exception.
- Additional related tasks are handled as assigned.
What you’ll bring
- 3+ years in warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing operations.
- Fluency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Clear, efficient communication; strong teamwork orientation.
- Epicor ERP experience preferred but not required.

- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with Epicor is advantageous.
- Forklift certified or willing to become certified.
Education
High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
