How you’ll make an impact
- Produce accurate, repeatable welds using MIG, TIG, and Stick processes aligned to project specs.
- Turn technical drawings into precise fabrication steps and measurements.
- Assess bead quality and ensure welds meet industry and internal standards.
- Maintain and troubleshoot welding equipment to keep uptime high and operations safe.
- Work cross-functionally to align on deadlines, materials, and build sequences.
- Model safe work habits and maintain a clean, organized weld cell.
What success looks like
- 30 days: Confident with shop safety, tools, and production setup practices.
- 60 days: Consistent quality welds that pass inspection with minimal rework.
- 90 days: Trusted teammate contributing to throughput and on-time delivery.
What you’ll need
- High school diploma or equivalent; extra credit for vocational welding training.
- Proven shop-floor welding experience in manufacturing or construction.
- Comprehensive understanding of welding techniques and safety procedures.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and technical documentation accurately.
- High attention to detail with pride in top-tier workmanship.
- Clear communicator and dependable team player.
