Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual consultations with prospective clients who have requested information and guidance.
- Present clear, easy-to-understand life and health insurance solutions tailored to clients’ needs.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through follow-up, education, and service throughout the sales process.
- Manage sales activities and maintain accurate records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Track personal performance against sales goals and contribute to team performance metrics.
- Participate in ongoing training, role-plays, and team meetings to refine skills and product knowledge.
- Mentor and support newer team members as you progress into leadership roles.
Qualifications and Attributes
- Motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working remotely and managing a flexible schedule independently (based in Austin, TX, Central Time Zone).
- Effective verbal and written communication skills and a consultative sales approach.
- Prior sales, leadership, or customer service experience is beneficial but not required.
- Willingness to obtain a Life & Health insurance license; licensing support and guidance are provided.
- Reliable computer, high-speed internet connection, and a quiet workspace for client calls.
