Perform TIG welding on stainless steel, sheet metal, and tubing with precision and consistency.
Grind and finish materials ranging from .049–.065 thickness.
Set up welding equipment, fixtures, and workstations according to production requirements.
Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, diagrams, and technical drawings.
Utilize tape measures and other measuring tools to ensure accurate fit and alignment.
Join, fabricate, and repair metal components using appropriate welding techniques.
Conduct routine maintenance on welding equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Inspect completed welds for structural soundness and quality standards.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area following all safety protocols.
Proven experience as a TIG Welder; stainless steel TIG welding experience strongly preferred (2+ years ideal).
Proficient in soldering, fitting, and wirefeed techniques.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and weld symbols.
Strong mathematical and measurement skills, including tape‑measure accuracy.
Sheet metal manufacturing experience preferred.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality workmanship.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow with new techniques and technologies.
Must be able to pass a TIG welding test.
Reliable work ethic and dependability.
