What Your Day Looks Like

• Study and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan each build.
• Perform hands‑on welding and fabrication using MIG, TIG, and Stick techniques.
• Set up and operate welding equipment, dialing in the proper parameters for different materials.
• Inspect and test welds to verify conformance with quality requirements and project specs.
• Keep your work area orderly and safe, consistently following safety protocols.
• Partner with teammates and supervisors to troubleshoot, refine processes, and enhance throughput.
• Share your know‑how by assisting in training junior welders and fabricators.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational welding/fabrication training is a plus.
• Proven experience as a welder/fabricator, supported by a strong project portfolio.
• Proficiency across welding processes and familiarity with core metal fabrication methods.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to top‑tier workmanship.
• Comfort working both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced setting.
