RESIDENTIAL BOILER TECHNICIAN
Location: Westchester & Putnam Counties, NY
Take-Home Company Truck | Monday–Friday | Full-Time | Overtime Available
PAY $38-38/hour plus OT when needed
Are you an experienced Residential Boiler Technician who takes pride in quality workmanship and providing exceptional customer service?
We are looking for an experienced, dependable, and customer-focused Residential Boiler Technician to join our growing team servicing customers throughout Westchester and Putnam Counties.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technician who is comfortable working independently in residential settings, troubleshooting heating systems, and delivering the professional service homeowners expect.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and service residential boiler systems.
- Perform routine maintenance and preventative service on residential heating equipment.
- Identify system issues and recommend appropriate repairs.
- Respond to residential service calls throughout Westchester and Putnam Counties.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, explaining service issues and recommended solutions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance while representing the company.
- Complete service documentation and maintain accurate work records.
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule and respond to emergency service needs as required.
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3–5 years of hands-on residential boiler service experience.
- Must be comfortable working directly in customers' homes.
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Must be able to speak and communicate effectively in English.
- Must possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Dependable, professional, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to participate in a rotating on-call schedule.
- Ability to work Monday–Friday, approximately 40 hours per week, with overtime as needed.
