Remote Client Experience Specialist | Work From Home | Training Provided

We are seeking a remote Client Experience Specialist to support clients through scheduling, coordination, and service-related communication in a fast-paced remote environment. This role is well suited to organized, reliable individuals who enjoy working directly with people in a structured support capacity. Training will be provided. We welcome candidates located in El Paso, TX and the surrounding region, and candidates from diverse professional backgrounds who are eager to learn and grow.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client communications and respond to support requests.
  • Coordinate schedules and appointment-related tasks.
  • Assist with service updates and follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate records and perform system updates.
  • Provide a consistent and professional client experience.

Qualifications and requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective organizational skills and comfort working in a structured, task-based environment.
  • Ability to remain responsive and detail-oriented under changing priorities.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace suitable for remote work.
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, administration, or similar roles is a plus.

This position is remote with training provided. Candidates should be able to perform duties reliably in a remote setting while maintaining professional client interactions.
