Regional Class A Company Truck Driver

10-4 Logistics USA is hiring full-time W2 Class A CDL drivers based in Baton Rouge, LA. Opportunities are available across OTR, Regional, and Dedicated fleets, with routes primarily operating east of I‑35. We offer steady freight, reliable home time, modern trucks, and full benefits beginning on day one. We hire experienced drivers and recent CDL school graduates who meet the paid training eligibility requirement of at least 120 hours of instruction.

Typical day on the job:

• Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer in accordance with DOT regulations and company policies
• Haul no‑touch dry van freight, with approximately 70% drop-and-hook, for major customers across the Eastern U.S.
• Manage schedules to meet pickup and delivery commitments
• Maintain accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and DVIRs
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections

Who we are looking for:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Experienced drivers are welcome; recent graduates are eligible if they have at least 120 hours of training
• Satisfactory driving record and a strong safety focus
• Able to pass DOT physical and pre‑employment drug test
