Responsibilities

Presentation: 90% of the role involves on-camera presentations, screen sharing, and building rapport with clients. You must be comfortable with these tasks and excel at engaging clients.

Account Management: Maintain and manage client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with our services. Account Manager must be listed on your resume.

Retention: Focus on retaining clients by providing exceptional support and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.

Communication: Strong communication skills are essential for understanding client needs and explaining our services effectively.

Upselling: Identify and seize opportunities to upsell additional services to clients, contributing to the growth of our business.

Personality: A great personality is a must. You should be able to connect with clients, making them feel valued and understood.
- Regularly meet with sales lead to receive the newest service and product knowledge
- Respond to customer inquiries, product and service questions, and customer complaints
- Keep track of customer accounts and make updates with new account information as necessary
- Record customer interactions and follow up on their experience with our company
- Find patterns in customer complaints and bring them to the team for improvement

Requirements
- Professional Experience: 1 to 3 years in an account management position. This must be clear on your resume to be considered for this role.
- Highly proficient in spoken English with excellent clarity.
- Experience in client-facing roles with a strong emphasis on communication and relationship management.
- Proven track record of achieving retention and upselling targets.
- Familiarity with tools such as SalesLoft, SalesForce, Tableau, ZenDesk/Jira/Confluence, and Asana, is helpful but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage a portfolio of 75-100 clients and drive product usage.
- Proactive approach to client management and problem-solving.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adopt new tools and technologies.
