If yes, you’ll excel leading sourcing for advanced composites and thermoset materials that power Automotive, Aviation, and Aerospace programs.
What you’ll tackle
- Own the sourcing strategy—from category roadmaps to execution—with measurable, cross‑division cost savings.
- Curate, assess, and elevate a high‑reliability supply base aligned with strict quality standards.
- Leverage aggregate spend to secure pricing, terms, and SLAs that strengthen our position.
- Create supplier incentive frameworks that reward cost reduction, continuous improvement, and innovation.
- Lead end‑to‑end contract negotiations; draft, review, and execute agreements to meet legal, regulatory, and operational needs.
- Run KPI‑driven supplier reviews; identify risks early and activate contingency sourcing plans.
- Scout and qualify new suppliers to support growth, NPI, and risk diversification.
- Track commodity and market trends to inform forecasts and decisions.
What you bring
Required
- 3–5 years in strategic sourcing/procurement/supply chain within Automotive, Aviation, or Aerospace manufacturing.
- Demonstrated success using buying power and vendor incentive programs to achieve substantial cost reductions.
- Proven contract drafting, negotiation, and supplier agreement management experience.
- Standout negotiation, communication, and stakeholder influence skills.
- Procurement systems proficiency and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
Preferred
- BS/BA in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related; MBA/advanced degree preferred.
- Expertise in supplier qualification, risk management, and performance frameworks.
- Spanish bilingual ability is a plus.
- Exposure to AS9100 or similar QMS.
- Familiarity with composites and thermosets.

Where you’ll work
Climate‑controlled manufacturing facility with state‑of‑the‑art CNC equipment. Expect periods of standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in a setting with noise and composite dust—PPE provided. Some flexibility for shift coverage may be required. You’ll contribute to cutting‑edge aerospace applications while helping drive technical improvements and team development.
