These positions are intended for drivers who prefer regional and over‑the‑road (OTR) schedules with consistent weekly home time. Typical duties

• Safely operate a Class A tractor‑trailer in compliance with DOT and company regulations.
• Perform flatbed load securement and freight protection, including tarping and the use of straps, chains, and binders (approximately 40–50% of loads require tarping).
• Haul regional and OTR flatbed freight with typical runs up to 2,000–2,500 miles covering multiple states.
• Maintain accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and DVIRs; conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and promptly report maintenance needs.
• Manage schedules to meet pickup and delivery commitments and maintain on‑time performance.
• Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch, customers, and team members.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 1 year OTR driving experience and at least 6 months flatbed experience.
• Experience hauling steel and steel pipe is preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency with straps, tarps, chains, and binders for securement of flatbed freight.
