Position Overview

Our client delivers customer support services for a well-established automotive brand and is currently expanding its German-speaking support team.

This is an entry-level opportunity suitable for candidates starting their professional career. Relocation to Greece is required prior to employment. A relocation support package is provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer assistance in German via phone, email, and digital communication channels

  • Support customers with inquiries related to vehicle features, service appointments, warranty information, or general product questions

  • Follow established procedures and service guidelines to ensure accurate and consistent support

  • Document interactions and case details in internal systems

  • Maintain quality standards and comply with operational requirements

  • Escalate technical or complex matters to specialized teams when necessary

Candidate Requirements

  • Fluent written and spoken German

  • Good command of English (level B2)

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Basic IT skills and ability to navigate support systems

  • Willingness to relocate and reside in Greece
