  • Faithfully maintaining and troubleshooting mechanical systems, electronic components, and related hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Applying advanced knowledge of electronic and mechanical theories to identify malfunctions and swiftly restore operations.

Your Core Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment, spanning programmable controls to gages and test equipment.
  • Perform thorough installations, startups, and shutdowns of equipment, ensuring all company safety protocols and MIOSHA requirements are met.
  • Guide operators and mechanics on operational efficiencies and potential safety hazards.
  • Keep precise performance and maintenance records for designated equipment.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and offer valuable assistance to colleagues during technical troubleshooting.
  • Encourage and coach fellow maintenance and technical staff.
  • Understand electrical diagrams and Ladder Logic for effective troubleshooting.
  • Exhibit an adaptable and proactive approach in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain an orderly and organized workspace.

What You Bring:

You're an asset to our team if you possess:

  • A high school diploma/GED, along with a journeyman status through an accredited program or equivalent technical expertise.
  • 5–10 years of proven experience in electrical/electronic fields, demonstrating proficiency in mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic applications.
  • Familiarity with working mechanisms in a manufacturing setup.

Develop Your Skills in:

  • Computer literacy, with an edge in PLC programming.
  • Strong communication to interpret complex procedures and relay them effectively.
  • Mathematical proficiency, especially in algebra.
  • Effective organization and problem-solving with a keen eye for detail.

Your proficiency extends to expertise with VFDs, PLC systems, conveyor belts, and servo motors.
