Plant Millwright – Mechanical Systems Specialist

Step into a day as our Mechanical Systems Specialist

You start your shift reviewing equipment status, planning inspections and alignments that keep production humming. Mid-morning, you’re swapping critical components, balancing rotating assets, and dialing in installation tolerances. After a quick sync with Production, you weld and fabricate a custom fix—SMAW/GMAW on carbon steel, SMAW on stainless—so the line performs at its best. By day’s end, you’ve optimized equipment performance and set the plant up for a smooth night.

  • Understand operating principles and a machine’s role in the full factory process to drive optimal performance.
