- Assist clients throughout the policy lifecycle, including product evaluation, selection, onboarding, and renewals.
- Help clients evaluate and choose insurance products aligned with their needs, explaining coverages, limitations, and pricing clearly and accurately.
- Support policy changes, endorsements and claims management with careful attention to detail and timely follow-up.
- Develop and sustain trusting, long-term client relationships through consistent, professional communication and service.
- Monitor market developments and product offerings relevant to the Baltimore, MD market and the broader industry to provide informed recommendations.
