10-4 Logistics USA seeks qualified Class A (CDL‑A) drivers to support regional over‑the‑road (OTR) operations in the East Region. This position involves operating dry‑van, 100% no‑touch freight with a high percentage of drop‑and‑hook loads while maintaining full compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
Compensation & schedule
- Base pay after training: $0.55 to $0.65 per mile, dependent on experience.
- Performance bonus: $0.04 to $0.06 per mile, paid weekly.
- Estimated annual compensation: $70,000 to $90,000 (USD), dependent on miles and performance.
- Typical home time: Generally home weekly , depending on route and dispatch.

Primary responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial motor vehicles in full compliance with DOT regulations, hours‑of‑service rules, and company policies.
- Complete assigned regional OTR routes to meet schedules and delivery instructions for dry‑van, no‑touch freight, including frequent drop‑and‑hook procedures.
- Perform thorough pre‑trip, en‑route, and post‑trip inspections; promptly report defects and maintenance needs.
- Maintain accurate hours‑of‑service records and electronic logging device (ELD) logs as required by regulation.
- Follow proper cargo securement procedures when applicable and adhere to company fuel management and routing protocols.
- Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch, customers, and maintenance personnel regarding schedules, delays, or delivery instructions.
- Report accidents, safety concerns, or regulatory compliance issues immediately.
Minimum qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL (CDL‑A).
- Minimum age: 21 years.
- Ability to meet DOT medical and regulatory requirements and to pass required drug screening and background checks.
- Proficiency in English sufficient for safe operation and clear communication with dispatch and customers.
