Role Snapshot

• Install, maintain, and repair industrial electrical equipment and infrastructure.
• Diagnose issues fast, implement fixes, and drive down unplanned downtime.
• Conduct scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute work accurately.
• Work side-by-side with cross-functional teammates to ensure safety and compliance with standards.
• Keep precise maintenance and repair records.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable electrical codes and safety best practices.

Must-Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent; apprenticeship completion preferred.
• Valid Kentucky electrician’s license or certification.
• Proven track record in industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Strong command of wiring methods, troubleshooting, and repair techniques.
• Independent self-starter who also collaborates well on a team.
• Detail-oriented communicator with a safety-first mindset.
