Step into a real industrial shop and build practical skills in welding, metal fabrication, and day-to-day shop operations. This internship is a hands-on path for students and entry-level candidates who want to learn MIG, TIG, and stick welding, blueprint basics, and safety-first habits.
You start by gearing up with PPE and reviewing the day’s priorities with senior welders. You prep metal by cutting, grinding, and cleaning. Under guidance, you set up welding equipment, practice reading welding symbols and measurements, and support assembly work. Throughout the shift, you help with quality checks, keep the workspace orderly, and take part in training sessions to sharpen your technique.
If you’re eager to learn, ready to work safely, and excited to grow your capabilities in an industrial environment, this internship is for you.
