Employee Relations - Senior Specialist

Job Objective
Implement, supervise, and develop employee relations functions to promote a positive work environment, ensure fairness and workplace discipline, address employment issues per approved regulations and policies, and support the stability and sustainability of human resources.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Study/supervise grievances, complaints, and workplace disputes; ensure resolution per approved regulations

  • Review and analyze employment cases; provide opinions and recommendations to management

  • Manage resignation and termination processes; conduct/review exit interviews and analyze results

  • Assess employee transfer and redistribution cases; coordinate implementation with relevant parties

  • Review requests for reinstatement and service extension; provide recommendations

  • Conduct/supervise awareness activities on Code of Conduct, policies, and regulations; follow up on non-compliance

  • Monitor and analyze absenteeism/job abandonment cases; propose corrective actions

  • Review disciplinary actions and penalties for regulatory alignment, justice, and consistency

  • Study/monitor low performance and workplace behavior cases; prepare/approve improvement plans

  • Provide career counseling and guidance sessions; follow up on outcomes and recommendations

  • Offer advisory support to departments on employee relations, behavior, and workplace discipline

  • Review special/exceptional employment cases, including health-related cases; recommend actions

  • Conduct/supervise field visits; analyze results and take necessary action

  • Prepare and review periodic reports on employee relations indicators; submit recommendations

  • Contribute to development of employee relations policies and procedures

  • Support institutional values and promotion of professional practices in the workplace

  • Perform other duties related to the nature of the work

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or equivalent

  • Practical experience in employee relations or HR: 5-8 years of experience

  • Bilingual (Arabic/English), spoken and written, preferable
