Remote Customer Care Representative | Flexible Hours | Training Provided

We are seeking a remote Client Experience Specialist to support clients through scheduling, coordination, and service-related communication in a fast-paced remote environment. The role is suited to individuals who are organized, reliable, and enjoy working directly with people in a structured support capacity. This is a remote position with training provided. Applicants from diverse professional backgrounds who are eager to learn and grow are encouraged; candidates based in Knoxville, Tennessee, and surrounding areas are welcome.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage client communications and respond to support requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate schedules and handle appointment-related tasks
  • Assist with service updates, follow-ups, and related client outreach
  • Maintain accurate records and update systems to reflect client interactions
  • Deliver a consistent, professional client experience across channels
