  • Set up and run CNC mills or lathes
  • Interpret blueprints, dial in tooling, and verify first-piece quality
  • Best fit for talent with hands-on setup capability
• CNC Operators (A & B Shift) – 8 Openings — Up to $25.00 – $26.00/hr (top operators)
  • Load/unload parts and monitor CNC machines for stable production
  • Complete basic quality checks and document results
  • Great step for experienced operators ready to grow
• Visual Inspectors / Micro Deburrers (A & B Shift) — $18.00 – $24.00/hr
  • Inspect small precision components under magnification
  • Perform careful micro deburring to spec
  • Ideal for pros with exceptional attention to detail
• Manufacturing Engineers (CNC Programming) — $38.00 – $50.00/hr
  • Create and optimize CNC programs for milling or turning
  • Improve processes and partner closely with production teams
  • Perfect for engineers with advanced CNC programming skills
• Maintenance Mechanic (A Shift) — $30.00 – $40.00/hr
  • Maintain and repair production equipment for maximum uptime
