Class A CDL OTR Truck Driver

10-4 Logistics USA is hiring full-time W-2 company drivers to transport dry van freight across its over-the-road (OTR) network. Based out of the Lafayette, Indiana terminal, this position is suited to solo drivers seeking premium equipment, dependable miles, and consistent weekend home time. The company prioritizes driver safety, comfort, and financial growth.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).
  • At least one year of verifiable OTR or regional tractor-trailer experience within the past two years.
  • Professional conduct and a strong commitment to highway safety standards.

Fleet Responsibilities

  • Safely transport dry van freight throughout the 48 contiguous states.
  • Efficiently manage preloaded and drop-and-hook customer freight without handling the cargo.
  • Complete routine daily pre-trip and post-trip commercial vehicle safety inspections.
  • Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) hours-of-service records in accordance with applicable safety regulations.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Experienced Driver Pay: Average weekly earnings of $1,750 to $2,000, with compensation of $0.71 per mile.
  • Refresher Pay Phase: A guaranteed weekly flat training rate of $1,200 for qualified drivers returning to active OTR operations.
  • Guaranteed Home Time: Predictable scheduling with guaranteed home time every weekend for a 34-hour reset.
  • Premium Fleet Equipment: Brand-new 2025 and 2026 Freightliner tractors equipped with sleeper auxiliary power units, power inverters, and refrigerators.
