Your mission

Keep industrial electrical systems reliable and safe while driving machine uptime metrics. You’ll combine hands-on maintenance with sharp troubleshooting to solve problems at their source.

What you’ll do

  • Perform routine maintenance and general repairs on industrial electrical equipment.
  • Track down and correct faulty wiring; repair electrical systems, wiring, and circuit breakers.
  • Troubleshoot equipment to identify malfunctions in systems or components and resolve issues quickly.
  • Install, maintain, and repair industrial control systems and power distribution infrastructure.
  • Work with electric motors, motor control devices, and variable-speed (VFD) drives.
  • Diagnose and repair substation breakers and motor control centers (MCCs).
  • Interpret technical documents, prints, and manuals to perform work accurately.

How you’ll succeed

  • Apply PLC knowledge along with AC & DC motor and VFD expertise to keep equipment running.
  • Use a solid working knowledge of motor control circuits to isolate issues and implement fixes.
  • Communicate clearly—both verbally and in writing—to align with teammates and leadership.
