As a Production Welding Fabricator, you’ll transform blueprints and work orders into assembled metal components using MIG, TIG, and flux-core processes—always with a safety-first mindset suited to a fast-paced production environment.

Imagine the project

A new print hits your bench. You review dimensions, plan cuts, and sequence the build. Parts are measured and cut, assemblies are tacked, welds are laid in the right process for the material, and every bead is checked for soundness. The workstation stays orderly, the equipment is set up correctly, and the finished piece matches spec—every time.

Core responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG, and flux-core welding across different metal materials
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to guide fabrication
• Measure, cut, and assemble metal components for precise fabrication
• Set up and operate welding equipment and related fabrication tools
• Inspect welds to verify quality and structural integrity
• Keep the work environment clean, organized, and safe
• Comply with company safety standards and production guidelines

Qualifications to excel

• Previous welding or fabrication experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and make accurate measurements
• Experience with common fabrication tools and welding equipment
• Meticulous attention to detail and adherence to quality standards
• Ability to lift materials and perform effectively in a manufacturing environment
