As an Automotive Glass Production Technician, you will move between production lines in our manufacturing and fabrication facilities, keeping operations running smoothly. You’ll support Carlex production processes with a sharp eye on the metrics that matter—improving yields, reducing waste, shortening cycle times, and lowering overall operational costs.
You might start your shift on a fabrication line, diagnosing a piece of equipment that isn’t performing as expected. Later, you could pivot to a different line to assist with a mechanical assembly step, coordinate with teammates, and log production data. Throughout the day, you’ll apply your knowledge of automotive manufacturing systems and communication skills to help the team hit targets with consistency and quality.
