From SSOP execution to CIP validation, you will be the on-the-floor champion for contamination prevention and audit readiness. You turn procedures into habits, documentation into proof, and clean equipment into productive uptime.
You begin on the floor, walking lines, checking chemical concentrations, confirming yesterday’s CIP cycle reports, and releasing equipment for startup. Midweek, you train a new team member on GMP behaviors, close out pre-op deviations, and prep documentation for an upcoming SQF audit. By Friday, you’ve validated CIP on tanks and transfer lines, reviewed EMP swab results, and balanced chemical inventory for the weekend run.
