Senior Machine Learning Engineer

About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to design, build, and operate ML solutions supporting services such as document processing and anomaly detection. You'll prepare datasets, train and tune models, deploy scalable inference services, and ensure compliance and documentation throughout the model lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Define ML problem statements and data requirements

• Build data pipelines ensuring data quality

• Train, evaluate, and tune ML and deep learning models

• Deploy models and monitor for drift

• Ensure security, privacy, and regulatory compliance

• Optimize infrastructure performance and cost

• Prepare technical documentation and model cards

• Collaborate with developers on integration

• Recommend improvements to MLOps pipelines

• Perform other related tasks as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, or Data Engineering (Master's preferred)

• Minimum 5 years of experience in applied ML/AI

• Strong hands-on skills: Python, scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch, SQL, REST APIs, CI/CD, model monitoring, MLOps practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Cloud ML certification

• Prior experience delivering projects for government or public-sector clients in the Middle East

• Fluency in Arabic and English
