Job Duties:
- Knowledge of commercial and residential HVAC systems, chillers, boilers, and pumps.
- Troubleshooting and repair of a variety of systems.
- Service, clean and checks of roof mounted and pad mounted HVAC equipment.
- Must be self-sufficient in diagnosing and repairing all types of HVAC equipment.
- Full comprehension of electrical diagrams and low-voltage controls.
- Good communication and customer relations skills.
- EPA certification required.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in commercial service preferred
- Dependable/reliable
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Pre-employment substance screening and physical
- Climbing, lifting, and carrying 50 lbs or more
